The saladette refrigeration counter is refrigerated equipment intended for the positive temperature storage of raw materials and thedisplay of prepared foods.

The design of our refrigerated counter is linear and highly professional. It consists of a wide, groove-free work surface and 1 door and 2 drawers.

Drawers and door are equipped with an ergonomic handle for a firm and secure grip. The automatic closure prevents leakage and ensures the freshness of the food.

On the same side are the power buttons and the display of the digital thermostat, which is located at the bottom. Through this device it will always be possible to keep the temperature of the refrigerated saladette counter under control.

The machine measures 900x700x876h mm for a capacity of 230 litres and is entirely made of stainless steel.

The motor is incorporated and refrigeration is of the static type. It is generated by a plate placed inside the chamber and propagated progressively by radiation.

In order to equalise the temperature inside the chamber, and guarantee each food the same freshness, the refrigeration counter also employs a fan.

The temperature is positive and can be adjusted by thermostat between + 2° C and + 8° C.
