Table-top electric bain-marie, stainless steel construction. Knobs made of athermic material with functional silk-screen printing on edge.

Heating by means of ETCHED FOIL type contact heating elements to allow heat exchange only to the bottom of the tank and save energy. Manually reset safety thermostat to protect the heating element. Control with ON OFF switch and regulating thermostat between 30°C and 90°C with bulb immersed in the cooking tank.

AISI 304 stainless steel worktop with rounded edges with large radius for easy cleaning. Stainless steel front, side and rear panelling.

Cold-forged AISI 304 stainless steel basin with drainage hole, suitable for bowls up to 150 mm high and multiple container capacity up to 2/1 GN.

Water filling and topping-up tap located on the dashboard. Elliptical-shaped AISI 304 handles. Bowl drain positioned on the dashboard and operated by a lever.

Laser-cut top finish to ensure a "head-to-head" matching of tops and binding of tops to each other.
