Drop-in hot display cabinets, designed for preserving fried food, vegetables au gratin, roasts, etc., are professional equipment ideal for eliminating the risk of fogging on transparent glass surfaces and can reach temperatures of up to 90°C: the armoured heating element guarantees homogeneous heat diffusion, the internal lighting with cold light and low energy consumption ensures greater visibility of the products, and the stainless steel structure, with sliding rear doors, facilitates the removal of food to optimise service.
Items with these features include: single hot display cabinets, double hot display cabinets, horizontal counter display cabinets with up to three shelves, hot display cabinets with slanted shelves and vertical display cabinets with 4 rotating circular shelves (also ultra panoramic).
The hot showcases, which Ristoattrezzature has selected for you, are also available in the stainless steel humidified version, which transmits heat evenly over the entire surface through a low-voltage adhesive heating element. The water placed inside the tank evaporates as a result of the heat, allowing perfect preservation and humidification of each food item.
The hot display units with contact or bain-marie heating system are designed to accommodate 2 to 6 GN 1/3 gastronorm trays in accordance with gastronomy standards and can additionally contain a neutral 8 mm glass shelf to arrange trays and various dishes to accompany the menu displayed on your counter.
